This modern designed Beltane Sheppy 8kw is a DEFRA approved multifuel stove manufactured using stainless steel. This model of stove has a high efficiency rating of 80%.

Beltane stoves are complimented with a 5 year warranty.

The output of this stove is generally appropriate for a room measuring in the region of 22ft in length by 22ft wide, by approximately 8ft in height.

Every BELTANE is designed and built with great care and with the finest materials, ensuring quality control is an integral part of the production process. Beltane models have an extended 2-year guarantee against material faults and other manufacturing defects in line with the following warranty terms. The warranty will only apply if we have received from you the duly completed registration card within 2 weeks of purchase. If the card is not registered a statutory 1 year warranty applies. Your stove must have been purchased from an authorised Beltane dealer (Volsom Ltd – The Stove Lounge) whose name must be shown on the registration card. Your stove must have been installed and serviced within 12 months of installation by a HETAS or equivalent registered engineer. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the parts found to be defective but does not cover the labour or carriage charges. Beltane reserve the right to inspect any component prior to replacement. Beltane reserve the right to refuse to provide replacement parts if the registration card has not been completed and returned.

Please note that this warranty is not transferable and is extended only to, and is solely for, the benefit of the original purchaser of the stove and will therefore only apply when the dated sales receipt as proof of purchase is produced to Beltane.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

The warranty does not cover 1. Consumable service parts being repair or replacement of parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear during the warranty period or parts that require replacement in connection with normal maintenance. Such parts include but are not limited to baffles, fire bars, grate assemblies, firebricks, glass, and glass assemblies, ash trays, and sealing materials such as sealing rope. Consumable parts will require periodic replacement. 2. Senotherm painted surfaces. 3. Damage resulting from installation and usage other than as described in Beltane installation and operation instructions, or if the installation does not conform to local building and fire and safety regulations. 4. Defects or faults caused by local conditions such as draught problems and chimney defects. 5. Damage resulting from over firing the appliance -over firing can be identified by warped plates and areas where the paint pigment has been burned off or by chipping, cracking, bubbling and discolouration of the porcelain enamel finish in the case of enamel stoves (as further described in the operation manual). 7. Damage caused by use of the wrong type of fuel. 8. Damage caused by modifications or repair other than as expressly authorised by Beltane or by the user or any other party other than Beltane. 9. Damage made while the stove is in transit. (Any appliance so damaged must not be installed or operated as this may damage any claim you may have against the carrier/authorised dealer). Please contact the authorised Beltane dealer from whom you bought the stove. 10. Damage arising where the stove has been used for commercial, business or resale purposes nor shall we have any liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. 11. Parts of products for which any manufacturer other than Beltane provides warranties.

Products repaired or replaced under the warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Any claim under this warranty must in the first instance be submitted to the authorised dealer from whom the stove was purchased (Volsom Ltd – The Stove Lounge). If such dealer has ceased trading or is no longer an authorised dealer please write to Beltane, indicating the model number, size and serial number, the place, price and date the stove was purchased (including the original sales receipt) the date it was installed and any other information which Beltane may reasonably require. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights and Beltane does not seek to limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Beltane’s negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors. Beltane will not in any circumstances (whether under the warranty or otherwise) be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is not a foreseeable result of its breach of this warranty.

At Stove Lounge we offer interest free finance all purchases over £300 for periods of either 6 or 12 months, making the purchase of a stove that bit easier. You can come into our Essex based showroom to browse our models, talk through your requirements and place your order, our assistants will be happy to process your finance application for you or you can place your order through this site and apply for finance with a decision within just a few minutes.

You don't need to bring any documents with you, your identity is all verified electronically and the application process only takes a few minutes, with an instant decision.

We use V12 Retail Finance to provide our customers with a flexible paymnet option. Please note that if your application is accepted, your contract will exist between yourself and V12 Retail Finance and not with Stove Lounge.. V12 are a highly ethical and reputable company specialising in retail finance and are authorised and regulated by the FCA. You will not be charged for taking out finance and there is no interest or charges to pay at all on top of the purchase price as long as you keep to the payment schedule.

Once you have completed a short application form you will get an instant decision and be able to electronically sign the agreement. You will have to pay a 10% deposit upfront and the balance is split across your chosen period without any additional fees.

As part of the application process you will be asked to verify your identity by allowing V12 to authorise a 50p payment on a credit or debit card that is registered to you. This amount will not be charged, but is authorised only and used to verify your identity.

We cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted and your credit file will need to be searched for the application to proceed. You must be over 18, have lived in the UK for 3 years or more and able to make regular payments by Direct Debit.

What happens is my application is refused?

Delivery

Shipping Times

The estimated shipping time of each product is displayed on the product page; where there is a next day shipping option available on a product you can select this option at checkout, usually for a small extra shipping charge. Some products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and so have a longer lead time; when one of these products is added to your order next day shipping will not be available as an option. If you would like to select a faster shipping service, you can split the order, placing a separate order for only those products with faster shipping available.

Shipping Costs

We cannot provide a shipping cost per product as the costs can vary depending on your postcode and the mix of products that you add to your basket. For this reason, to get an accurate shipping cost you can view your basket by clicking the text showing the number of items and total price of your order at the top right of the website. At the bottom of the basket page there is a shipping cost section, simply type in your postcode to get a list of shipping options and costs for all the products in your basket. You do not need to create an account or log in to get this information.

Multiple Items

Where multiple items are being purchased in the same order, we make an effort to limit the number of deliveries to a minimum but in some cases you may receive more than one delivery. For instance if you order flue liner this is delivered straight from the manufacturer and may arrive on a different day than other items in your order. You will receive email updates letting you know how your order is being delivered.

Dispatch Time

For standard deliveries dispatch time might be a few working days but should arrive within the time period stated on the product page. For next day deliveries we dispatch the same day if your order is placed by 2pm on a working day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed at a weekend are processed on the following Monday. Delivery times stated are working days and do not include weekends.

Stove and Pallet Deliveries

Stove deliveries and large orders will come on a pallet delivery service. If you select standard delivery this will take 3-5 working days and we are unfortunately unable to tell you the day that delivery will be made. We always pass on your contact details to the pallet couriers who will contact you if there is an issue with delivery. If you would like to organise a delivery for a named day, including next day orders you must select the next day upgrade at checkout, but it is best to phone us to place these orders. Standard deliveries are classed as curb side only and drivers may not always be able to help you into your home with the stove. If you require a 2 man, white glove delivery you can select this at checkout for certain stoves and this service guarantees delivery into a chosen room. The 2 man delivery service is not a named day delivery at the point of purchase, however they will contact you in advance of the delivery to arrange a suitable day and time and also call you half an hour prior to the delivery.
